The shoes are great and lightweight. They are permeable enough to keep feet cool. However, after 2.5 miles of running, the top edge along the back of the shoe (that red edge you see in the picture) rubbed a dime-sized blister. Good shoe, but you may want to consider socks instead of the barefoot wear as is advertised.
