Reviewed by Ann from Iowa on Friday, December 20, 2013I ordered this set of Everedge Knives to replace my 10-year-old set of the same Everedge Knives. They work perfect to cut meat at the dinner table or for prep in the kitchen. Yes, they aren't fancy-smancy as some reviews have noted, but they cut great, don't need sharpening and go in and come out of the dishwasher and always look like new. I was happy with this set 10 years ago and I'm just as pleased with this new set today.

Reviewed by jmoore00 from mississippi on Sunday, July 7, 2013i'm saying 5 star since I could not find anything this good for the price. the blades are stamped, however, and not full tang.. cutting, slicing is excellent.. serrated edges, so don't be surprised by that.. you certainly could find nicer steak knives, but not at this price range.
Reviewed by eswope from HI on Saturday, June 29, 2013These are cheap stamped knives made in China, NOT the carbon steel knives made in Germany. It is a shame that Henckels put their name on these. They are not the same materials or workmanship. Beware the entire International line. They are all cheap stamped knives, perhaps better than some, but not real Henckels. If you are looking for a quality knife it is worth the extra money to get the German made carbon steel knives which do merit the name.
