They are durable, they fit well in my board drawer. This side is great when you are cutting one item at a time, or some bread for toast, or making a cheese selection for 2. The only reason for 4 stars (instead of 5) is because the surface is quite hard, which I am not used to, and they have a fairy strange smell for the first use or two. The smell fades, though. Highly recommended.
