Austria-based Fischer Skis has come a long way since their first pair of wooden skis came out of the production shed in 1924. Today, Fischer Skis travel in all the best circles – namely, winner's circles. Fischer's pioneering spirit has always pushed the limits of technological innovation. Employing a similar technique to that used in high quality musical instruments, Fischer Skis are Frequency Tuned to harmonize vibrations and improve turn behavior. Fischer boots orient the components to the anatomical shape of the foot, supporting the natural foot position. All Fischer gear is designed for the performance and comfort of the skier. So if you're going for gold or just a great day in the powder, go with Fischer.

1.0 out of 5 stars. No Metal EdgeReviewed by Creekwalker from Oregon on Friday, November 3, 2023Received the ski today. This ski does NOT have metal edges. It comes with a Fischer binding base plate--no binding. Bought the Spider model from Moosejaw -- it does have metal edges and the bindings were packaged with it.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Fischer Tour Speed LiteReviewed by Nikto from Seattle on Wednesday, November 24, 2021These bindings don't have a flat option for walking when you heel is free it is on the first heel lift They also only have two height options with the second not being as high as my other bindings. I like having a flat option for traversing on low angle so I returned them. For racing they would probably be a good option.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Narrow & Speedy but UnstableReviewed by TRM from Seattle on Sunday, February 14, 2021Good deal on a speedy ski. So narrow that its not stable or easy to edge on. Best for groomed tracks and experienced skiers.
