Can be wore alone or with this removable fleece liner or with the fleece liner alone! I purchased the purple one. Love the color. I think this jacket will see me through the fall, winter and early spring! I did have to order a size larger, though. Something to think about when ordering. It fits fine. I have had many complements on the jacket. I would recommend it anyone.

The pockets are lined with soft fabric and everywhere that wind might be able to get in or anything might be able to catch is closed in. Could not be happier with this product.

I bought it as a rain jacket, and it works great for that! the shell isnt just a shell, on its own, its can be a fall/spring jacket - its got a little insulation/bulk to it even when worn with out the detachable fleece liner.

I had a similar coat of another brand for 12 years and this one has cheaper zippers but the price was right and I’m sure it will serve its purpose for me . It’s perfect for cooler, rainy days!

Pros: excellent pockets. seemed like it would be warm.
Cons: oddly stiff fabric made it uncomfortable around the neck when zipped up. Seemed to run slightly large. Interior lining sleeves tight/clingy at the wrists - made removal of coat cumbersome.
Just not right for me: WOW, the purple is a BRIGHT purple. The velcro on the flaps is a very strong velcro, I could imagine it snagging my hair, scarves, other things I didn't want snagged.
So, this might be nice for someone with short hair, a long neck, and who doesn't wear scarves.
