I needed something that I could wear as a casual shoe for travel as well as outdoors (where it doesn’t matter what matches!). They are soooo comfortable right out of the box and even though I didn’t hike in them, I walked in my house and didn’t have one single spot that felt bad. Even the top part near the ankle didn’t bother like it normally does on other mid hikers.
