Closeouts. A venerable favorite, the ASICS GEL-Nimbus 18 upgrades the already legendary smooth ride with improved fit from the Heel Clutching System and the stretchy FluidFit® upper. All the usual Nimbus greatness remains, including Rearfoot and Forefoot GEL® cushioning, IGS gait enhancement and the durable AHAR® outsole.

- ASICS FluidFit® upper combines multi-directional stretch mesh with stretch reinforcements that adapt to the foot for a customized fit

Maybe my latest pair were irregulars, but there is WAY more room inside my 10.5s than I've ever had. With the foot sliding around so much, my feet are covered in blisters. somebody dropped the ball. and I''ve got a 1/2 marathon to run soon.

I'm training for a multi-sport race in Bend (OR), so I have upped my miles in them, after the ability to skate- and alpine-ski has 'gone downhill' this season, with all the warm weather.
