I'm 6-4, 170, with a 33 inch waist and the large seems to fit ok. The material is somewhat thin but quite stretchy. I'm assuming it will be adequate for medium mountain lake temperatures. Seems to be tight enough around the neck and legs that it will not fill with water when entering the water. I'll know more when I try it at a pool in the next several weeks.

Not Quite As AdvertisedVerified Buyer Reviewed by PAUL from PENNA on Thursday, February 18, 2016This seems to be a very good suit for swimming or kayaking in cool water but the zipper in the one I received was in the back with a leash. The suit sizes run very small. The XL size would not work for individuals over 200lbs. Apparently Camaro makes 3 larger sizes, 2XL, 3XL, & 4XL, but STP unfortunately doesn't seem to carry those, yet.
