Would've been better if it were a solid band over the toes. The outsole seemed flimsy under the toes, while it was sturdy along the rest of the shoe. Returned these. Not for my outdoor adventures. Maybe ok for city sidewalks and floors. They did run large. I got a 6 for my usual 7 and still had a lot of room in front of my toes.

These sandals can be worn with shorts and tees or even a little dressier. Moderate arch support. Sizing as advertised. Note that there is some distance between the side supports at the toe area strap. Some ladies with wider feet may find this irritating.

The tops were rubbing but applying some moleskin to the area affecting my foot worked out great! I've been walking my dog with them on and they're quite comfortable to walk in! Can't wait to get them out for longer walks to see how they fair, seems probably well!

Plus they are strappy & feminine looking & adjustable.

I had to exchange to a size 6. I think Columbia runs large on sandals. I have another pair of thongs. They also run large.
