5.0 out of 5 stars. Tilda

I would recommend these shoes for casual or dress wear. They are comfortable and fit true to size. They do seem to be a bit narrower than Dansko clogs, but you won't go wrong buying these shoes!

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Good quality but uncomfortable
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Chic College Professor from California on Sunday, August 2, 2015
I really wanted to keep these shoes because the color was pretty and they seem to be of good quality. They looked good with a dress or jeans.
Some areas were stiff, and the back was hard and high for my ankle. I figure that even if I were able to break them in, they would be uncomfortable in the ankle area.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Not a shoe for those with high insteps

This dressy shoe is a great alternative to the Dansko clog without the bulk; however, they are not good for those with a high instep as the straps do not give enough. They were really comfortable for the first 30 minutes or so, but then my feet started to ache around the straps. When I took the shoes off, there was a criss-cross pattern indented in my skin. I unfortunately had to return the shoes. The mary jane style is perfect because the strap is adjustable. I keep my eyes peeled for a pair on Sierra Trading Post.
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Super stable shoe

Overall a nice shoe. Very stable. I can walk across the lawn or through the local park without feeling like I will turn my ankle. It offers fashion with stability. My only complaint is that the heel slips out. That is a typical characteristic of Dansko shoes based on my experience with them. They fit similar to the classic loose heel professional clogs.

I love these shoes! They fit perfectly and give me great support all day long!
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Great functional shoe

I bought these shoes for work, I am a server, because they came highly recommended. I have worn them for a few shifts, they are still a bit stiff which is totally understandable because they are real leather and have a very structured foot bed. I slipped my foot into a co workers rocker heel Dansko shoes that were already broken in and they felt very sturdy but comfortable, I expect mine to stay true.
The only thing I feel conflicted about is the very reason I purchased these shoes; I like the rocker bottom because it works with my foot and keeps my stride springy but I have had trouble with stairs because I usually step half on the stair in anticipation ? of my next step up or down and the rocker bottom sort of slips. I realize this is more of an issue with my step but if anyone else has this kind of stride maybe it will be helpful to know.
Overall very satisfied with these shoes, will recommend to others!

About Dansko

That fabulous feeling you get every time you slip into a pair of Dansko shoes is no accident. It’s the very reason why this footwear brand took the market by storm in the late 1980s after its signature style was discovered in a small Danish shop and reproduced (with several upgrades) by Mandy Cabot and Peter Kjellerup. Originally dubbed the "perfect barn shoes," that initial pair of Dansko clogs would soon evolve into a full collection, all featuring the signature anatomical footbed, roomy toe box, rocker bottom and heel raised just enough to ease leg and back muscles from morning to night. Now, more than two decades later, wildly popular Dansko shoes are available in more than 3,500 retail venues worldwide.
