We live in cold climate and wanted something lighter, not winter weight. Well, this is just about perfect. It is thinner than our other down duvets (600 fill) and therefore lies flatter on the bed. Two sides are different colors, white and light gray. It might be important to somebody who is going to use this without duvet cover. Speaking of covers, this one fits into ours perfectly and looks even better than without in my opinion.
In colder places this duvet is perfect for late spring or middle fall (or perhaps even some cold summer mornings) and arrived at perfect time for us. Simply love it.
