It's made of stretch mesh with un-hemmed chiffon. It runs at least a size if not two small and looks cheap.

I like to wear it with a lace trimmed tank top. The skirt itself is black and cream, which is nice to know because it looks black and white in the picture. It is nice enough to wear to church, but also casual enough to wear around town. It is comfortable and looks great on!
