I'm usually an XL or XXL if I want a little extra room. The XXL is "fitted" in the chest but looks good. Sleeves abit long but ok. This is Avery heavy, well made, sharp looking jacket. Expect to have it a lifetime.

It is a slim fit, so be prepared for that if you consider ordering your regular size. I wear medium or large shirts depending on brand, and ordered a large jacket. Perfect fit! The quality is top notch and the appearance is really something to be proud of. With the excellence in materials and construction, I expect it to last for many years.

These wool jackets are admittedly on the small side of true-to-size, but I consider the jackets to be true to size. This jacket is small even if you allow for tendency for leather jackets to be smaller than cloth jackets, and even if you allow that the Golden Bear website says that this jacket is a "slim fit". (You have to hunt a bit on the Golden Bear website to find this information, but it is there.)
It is a heavyweight jacket (4 lbs 4 oz for XXL) that seems to be well constructed with quality materials. It's just too small. -
