The other two pairs (lace-ups) work across a wide range of settings, from jacket & tie to to casual.
This Neil M model is much more "casual Friday." Moc-style shoes come in a range of levels of dressiness, and these are definitely mid-pack.
That said, they're comfortable and Sierra pricing is hard to resist.
fwiw - this model works best for me half-a-size smaller than other Neil Ms (albeit with one of the insoles removed). -

Then when I tried them on, the heel counter was extremely low and soft so I didn't have the feeling that these shoes were going to stay anchored to my heel. I am a fan of Neil M. and they are made in the USA but I would pass on these, even at this bargain price

After trying one pair, I quickly added to my collection. They are extremely comfortable, both for lounging and for long city walks and look good enough to be worn for business.
Since they seem very well made, I expect to get a lot of use from these shoes. -
