Nice jersey...great fabric, construction and design.
Really enjoy the feel of the jersey fabrics and style.
Would have been a little snug if I had ordered a large but the x-large is perfect.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Great price, Very nice, but very small

I had bought a couple of different Pearl Izumi jersies previously in size XXL and both fit fine. Ordered this one in the same size and it was way too small, so unfortunately it will be returned. I subsequently found sizing info on the company's site and the XXL on this particular jersey is specified for 42-44" chest, several inches less than their other jerseys. An XXL for 42" seems way off in sizing to me.

    Looks classy . Cool.
    However, size is extremely small.

These two expressions of the feeling of the clothes .
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Quality Jersey

This is a quality made jersey. I know a review though it was small, but its designed to fit snugly to be more aerodynamic... That being said, I usually wear an X-large t-shirt, I ordered an XXL in this jersey and it fits perfectly! Super comfortable, the silicon grip kept it from riding up at all on my 20 mile ride. I like the full zip as it allows be to open it to cool off. The three pockets on the back hold all my items securely. Again, this is not a "loose fitting casual cruising the boardwalk" jersey... This is an "I'm and avid cyclist and want to look and feel like a pro" I've already ordered another. This definitely fits larger than the 'euro' branded jerseys... which I love being well over 6'

About Pearl Izumi

Before Kinji Shimizu created the first Pearl Izumi cycling apparel, he spent nearly seven days a week on his bike delivering 90 pounds of clothes to customers. He frequently pedaled 38 miles a day. Years later, after his son received a special Italian-made cycling jersey, Kinji was inspired to start creating his own using the best fabrics he could find. The result soon evolved into the Pearl Izumi brand. In the five decades since, the company Kinji founded has continued working hard to make the best gear possible for dedicated athletes and weekend warriors. From incredibly lightweight Pearl Izumi shoes to sleek, comfortable Pearl Izumi running apparel, few other brands have the same relentless drive toward innovation as Pearl Izumi.
