5.0 out of 5 stars. beautiful and toughVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ocho from Seattle on Monday, May 25, 2015This is a two season coat and you can choose between fall and winter or winter and spring. It is a bit too warm for early fall or late spring. It is a sturdy no nonsense coat. It is heavy with a myriad of pockets. And the bigger six inch phones fit perfectly. The inner pocket may hold up to a 7inch tablet but just squeezing through. It is a bear hug of a coat so it runs a bit large which for me is good. It is well insulated but not for sub-zero unless you layer. It is great for either city or country living. This material does shed light rain and drizzle. The recommended temperature range is 20 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

5.0 out of 5 stars. I REALLY like this jacket....bought several.Reviewed by Anonymous from NF Florida on Saturday, April 25, 2015For myself and to give away, too. Everyone who got one thought they were great....they are rugged enough to wear for outside work but not so spartan you wouldn't want to wear them as casual wear. I normally wear an XL or 2XL, depending on who makes it. The 2XL was a big large for me so I gave it to a friend and then bought myself 2 XLs in both colors. At these prices you don't want to pass these up....incredible jacket, especially for the price/

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great Coat for the PriceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Pittsburgh on Tuesday, April 7, 2015Bought the coat for a hunting trip to Patagonia. Well satisfied with the quality, cut and size of the coat. Perfect weight for the Fall weather at 30 -70 degs. F. Had to fly in and out of JFK before and after trip to Argentina, so I had to lay over in NYC for two days. Since I didn't want to pack two coats , I wore the Cutter Coat on the streets of the Big Apple with nothing but complimentary comments.
The only issue I have is that the zipper can become a little hard to work, but a little bar soap on it and the problem goes away.

5.0 out of 5 stars. can't beat the priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by mike from Iowa on Wednesday, January 21, 2015Very nice coat!. It is on the lighter side for spring and fall, but a hoodie underneath and you have a layers for winter. Very rugged construction which is expected in a duck cotton coat. The lower sides unsnap for riding usage.
