The color and style is exactly as in the photo. They have a very nice removable foot support. I have very high arches and sometimes shoes like this pinch but these have molded to my feet well.

I've worn them to work several days and they are very comfortable. They are pretty true to size; I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and these are 8.5. They are a little high in the back and rub the back of my heel some, but I think that will be better over time.
