I've called Sierra customer service and told delivery would be in a couple of days, I've emailed Sierra and was refunded the shipping only and told that it was out of Sierra Trading's hands. I've also reached out to UPS with a call, emails and live chat and was informed 3 to 4 times that I would receive order within 2 days or the next day. Still no sandals so I guess I'm out $50.00.

The shoes are cute, and seem to be comfortable but they run small. I purchased a size 10, my normal size, and they were too tight across the top of my foot.
