I used them with Bodyglide, so don't know if the inside shorts would rub or not otherwise, but with Bodyglide they worked great. I usually run in capri because my thighs rub, but these worked great on my run today and I was comfortable in the 80's weather. I am 5'3" and usually size 10 on the bottom, and these shorts in size L fit me well for low rise style. I could have probably gotten away with M, but the inside shorts might not fit me in that size.

These are equally well made but a tiny bit short for my Old Lady Legs. My husband thinks they're GREAT, of course. I like the inner shorts - soft and stay put, with a little bit of style.

I wear a size 12 in all the shorts, sweats, slacks and jeans I own, so I ordered a Large which is supposed to fit 12-14. Not. I can get them on and they don't feel bad because of the 4-way stretch, but I'm not comfortable with how tight they look. I suppose if I had the hips and rear of a runner they might work. Also, they are low-rise and I don't see that noted in the description. I am 5' 9", and I feel like the rise is too short to justify trying the next size up. Super cute shorts though - and the inner short is genius. If you aren't tall and curvy, go for it!

I would say order a size up, but the waist of this short is true to size or even a little loose and there isn't a drawstring. I guess if you have proportionally slender legs it might work?

They are unique... you're not going to see anyone else with these. Perfect for looking cute while traveling and wearing street tops and shoes, running, hiking... anything. Very versatile. I may remove the undershorts in one pair so i can wear custom colors underneath. Get them before they're gone! I'm normally a solid size 4 in jeans, and small in active bottoms, and the smalls are perfect.

I bought them for tennis and they couldn't be better. They are light, like air, the tighter undershorts are completely comfortable - stay in place without riding up, but not tight at all. I can easily stick a tennis ball under and it stays put without
being too tight. I got a medium, perfect fit, and I'm 5'7 3/4" and 134 lbs. Very cute - I got a compliment on them the first day I wore them.
