I rode last week, pushing pretty hard on a 28 degree morning. My feet were numbing at the 15 mile mark. The hands were great! I am 6'0 175 and bought the XL. They fit fine. I would think my hands are fairly slight and waffled between getting the L or XL. L would have been snug, and so, hands would chill faster in cold weather. Great buy for the money.
