4.0 out of 5 stars. DaKine makes great packsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Boulder on Wednesday, November 12, 2014This pack fits and looks great. I really like the feel and fit of the pack and plan to use it to carry my skis when hiking into the bowls.
The pack has so many features which is a bit overwhelming and makes it heavier then necessary. I was hoping I could also use the pack as a day pack for traveling but it is pretty heavy.
I'm still happy with my purchase. You can't go wrong with DaKine -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Love, Love, LOVE this pack!!Reviewed by Ski Mama from Washington on Thursday, August 7, 2014This is such a great pack! I have used it for several 5+ mile day hikes this summer. It is large enough to hold lunch for me and my two kiddos plus lightweight jackets, extra water and snacks. It is super comfortable and alleviated the shoulder pain associated with carrying a pack. I love the zip out water bottle holder and all of the pockets. I am so excited to use it this year at the ski hill! Plus, the price is amazing. I just bought one for my son for school and one for my best friend because she loved mine so much.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great women's pack for the slopes!Reviewed by Kris from Superior, CO on Wednesday, January 22, 2014I've eyed up this backpack online for some time, waiting for the right pattern or color to appear at a good price. I ended up with the black pack with purple trim. This weekend, I wore it on the slopes for the first time, and it worked out fabulously. I was able to store more than enough gear in the main pack - neck warmer, extra hat for apres-ski, and my shell when I got too warm - with tons of room to spare. It also carried a juice bottle securely in the exterior zip-out drink pocket. The pack was extremely comfortable and secure. I barely noticed I had anything on my back either on the trails or on the chairlift. So far, so good! By the way, I am a 5'5" female, 131 lb (winter weight!), size 4, normal proportions, and the fit was perfection.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Dakine Practical, Yet Pretty, Heli Pro Deluxe BackpackReviewed by Actively, Always on the Go! from Michigan on Tuesday, April 9, 2013The colors are brighter and prettier than pictured on the website making it practical for many uses. This is my 3rd one since I use them daily as backpack "totes", stitching them up with various coats to match, beside for sports gear year around. In the winter months, I use my Dakine backpacks for x-c skiing to carry various gear to areas. Summers are used for bicycle commuting to and from work and shopping. Year around, they contain running gear to meet up with friends to train and race at various places. I really like the outside hook areas on the front for clip locks for shoes and boots, so that they did not have to go inside the backpack. The large area inside the backpack holds a lot of gear, more than most of this size since there is not a center divider eliminating usable space. The goggle area can be used for sunglasses year round, plus smaller items not to get "buried" in the larger compartments. Outside H2O holder as well as the H2O bladder option is useful depending on situation used. Overall, great product and worth the extra money for the Dakine "deluxe" features that regular model does not have.

4.0 out of 5 stars. StokedVerified Buyer Reviewed by LiftyFace from Telluride, Colorado on Saturday, November 17, 2012This thing is kickin' awesome. I'm in love with everything from the color to the ski carry system which balances the weight evenly. The only thing I could possibly change is that it is just slightly lengthy in the back. Although thoroughly adjustable, I have a xs/s torso for packs. Still though, when I'm all bundled on the mountain it doesn't phase me. Pockets are huge and can unzip the complete circumfrence of the pack which is awesome. GET IT.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Overall solidVerified Buyer Reviewed by REdge from Manchester, MI on Monday, December 26, 2011Wonderful design. Got this for as a gift. I was afraid that the belt and chest straps would be too short, but they have PLENTY of length. Have not tested it on snow yet, but so far it is fantastic to wear. Fits nearly all sizes is a major plus! :)
