Like has already been stated the straps do no not lie flat to the head, but didn't annoy me much and will probably will eventually.

The color is bright enough for visibility, but not so bright it's blinding. I was hesitant about the polka dots on the back, but they're not super girly, and because they're a little bit 'busy' in design, they also increase visibility. The helmet is very high quality and fits super well. I've only had it a week and I'm already in love!

Gave to a friend and seems to work for her head and she doesn't mind the girly look. So guess overall nothing really wrong with the helmet, just didn't work for me.
