2.0 out of 5 stars. built wrongVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Oregon on Wednesday, July 26, 2017this pack has too many cutesy side and angled pouches and not nearly enough main body room for a stove, tent, sleeping bag, clothes, food, water, and medical. PLUS the shoulder straps do not place the load proper;y...even when fully tightened, the pack pulls away, and you struggle all day long with this 40 pounds of weight pulling on your shoulders. I bought this for a long trek and its too late to exchange it for something else
SUPER DISAPPOINTED. -
2.0 out of 5 stars. Very poor fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Missouri on Thursday, June 29, 2017On a good note this pack is awesome as far as organization goes and easy to pack, I had plenty of room for a 6 day trip. But... I am 5' tall with an 18" torso. This pack did not fit me at all. The shoulder straps need more padding and the hip padding is lacking as well. The chest strap at its lowest point still was too high which choked me when snapped. It packs well but does not fit well.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great pack for the priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by seattleexplorer from Seattle on Thursday, June 29, 2017This is a fantastic pack. Has the right amount of zippered pockets for organizing gear. I mainly wanted a pack where the weight would stay close to me...so many packs these days have air-flow backs which end up making the pack pull away and feel unbalanced. This one sits right on my spine. Yes, the straps are thinner and buckles are smaller but how do you expect them to make such a large pack only 3lbs? Only features I miss are having a sideways entrance to the water bottle pocket for easier grabbing and a mesh front. The cloth front is good but might make drying wet things harder.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Much to be desiredVerified Buyer Reviewed by Perla from California on Friday, April 28, 2017I purchased this backpack after returning the Cairn 58 (Beautiful frame construction/fit) just not enough volume. So, I expected this would be based on the same size/measurement and at least close to frame construction. While the pack itself does offer a lovely amount of room’ it’s nowhere near as nice as the Cairn The sizing was completely inconsistent’ the frame suspension was sorely lacking, and the packs pockets/design left a lot to be desired. The biggest negative, the straps were very cheap’ thin/flimsy and really felt like they would not be able to take the wear and tear of the weight from the pack.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great PackVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from California on Friday, March 17, 2017I have tried four multidays backpack and read tons of review for each bag before I finally decided on the Gregory Amber 70. I love the color and the hydration sleeve that doubles as a daypack. I found the front load access to be an advantage esp since it gives me an easy access in organizing my things and when I need to get stuff out also. Mostly, I love the trailflex suspension because it really makes my load lighter and it put the right pressure in my back area. I had a shoulder repair done and the straps doesn't pinch or put undo pressure on my shoulder which helped a lot. I got lucky with the price too since it is a closeout sale; I highly recommend this bag esp if someone is considering to buy the Gregory Deva.
