Beautiful boots, well made by reputable German outdoor company. My big problem was that they were entirely too stiff on the foot & while walking. These are actually a trekking boot probably meant for serious mountain endeavors! And yes, they run about a half size to a size too large. So sadly will have to return them.

I usually wear a 8.5 in most shoes and 9 in hiking boots.
Despite thickest wool socks, these were still a little bigger than I wanted and sadly have to return.
