Mine is hot pink, is still in excellent shape and the favorite of my three kayaks, canoe, paddle board... I do not use the seats and have taken 2 grandchildren + 3 long hair dachshunds, and often paddle for 3 miles or more. It is very stable, easy to use and great for one or two paddlers. (when alone I sit in the middle seat - there are 3 seats total.) Also, can be used as a raft of sorts - easy to just float on, easy to get back on if you want to swim or play in the water. Paid over $800 a long time ago. I have canoed the Boundary Waters, am in a rowing club and row 8's, 4's and scull in doubles; this is my favorite boat.
Mine has the gaspatchi hatches that open and we have never used them since we don't fish often.
