These are slightly thinner than the previous ones that I purchased a few years ago, but they do look nicer with skirts that are below the knee length. Note: The socks do stretch some, but I do not recommend them for those who have larger than average calves or knees. I am 5' 2" and weigh about 120 lbs. with average calves and thin thighs.
