I was really wanting a cute/ fashionable pair of boots, but did not want to get a pair of $20 boots from Target that would fall apart after one fall/ winter season. They have all the quality that I was wanting. Weather proof, Viabram soles, leather. They were kind of stiff when I wore them the first time, but after a few times wearing them they really got worn in. They are going to be my go to boot this fall and winter for everyday wear!

On another website I read a review which stated that they are cute with skirts--I don't know about that, but they are nice looking boots. I think if they had been able to make these with a side zip so that the laces are ornamental but not necessarily functional it would've improved the boot. As it is, I'm worn out by the time I get them on and off! A younger person might not mind the extra effort, but this stylish middle aged diva regretfully must send back.
