4.0 out of 5 stars. good cycling shortsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Baja bound from Ithaca, NY on Thursday, November 13, 2014I use these for bike commuting to work and purchased a small and medium. I'm 5'8", 130# and found that the smalls fit better. In terms of comfort they have a decent chamois but I've not used them for more than 12 miles at a time so am not sure how well they would do for longer rides.

5.0 out of 5 stars. I love things that work wellVerified Buyer Reviewed by ColoJan from Glenwood Springs, CO on Monday, November 3, 2014These shorts are attractive, provide no-see-through coverage, have a super-comfortable waistband and nice pad. The legs stay put but do not bind. I'd have to say these are the best bike shorts ever.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Shorts - light and comfortable!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from California on Friday, October 17, 2014I was skeptical, since I hate biking shorts, what with the maxi-pad implanted on the inside. However, when I put these on, they weren't too bad, as biking shorts go. They are very stretchy, light and comfortable. They definitely provide needed padding on bike rides - I've gone on 2-3-hour rides with them, and so far so good.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great shorts!Verified Buyer Reviewed by allweatherwalker from Janesville, Wi on Wednesday, September 17, 2014I already had the matching shirt to these shorts so I was thrilled that Sierra Trading post had the shorts. These are great shorts. They are not too tight in the legs as some PI are. I am 5'1 120 lbs and purchased the medium. When the legs are folded up there is the matching blue and not too loose not too tight.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love, love, love!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from San Diego on Tuesday, September 16, 2014I love everything about these shorts. Wore mine for a spin marathon and could feel the cushion of the padding even after 13 hours of spin. Length, fit, appearance, and padding are all great.

4.0 out of 5 stars. They workVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Talent, Oregon on Saturday, September 13, 2014The shorts work just fine - they are a little longer than the Pearl Izumi Sugar Shorts. My only 'thing' is that the band that holds the short in place around the leg (which is really wide, about 3" or so) makes my upper thigh look so ridiculous that I could never wear these shorts without over-shorts. Like, mega-squish. Really unflattering. I'm a solid size 14 and the XL fit great. I bike a lot, and am glad I have these for back up shorts when my others are in the wash.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Very ComfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Northshorelady from Duluth on Thursday, September 4, 2014My first pair of bike shorts and the gel padding really does make riding more comfortable. Gel padding seems nicer than the padding in other shorts that I tried on.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great bike shortsVerified Buyer Reviewed by HikerChic from North Carolina on Tuesday, May 13, 2014Very comfortable bike shorts. They fit well without being too tight around the waist or thigh. Standard Pearl Izumi sizes and quality.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Super comfy, but drawbacksVerified Buyer Reviewed by JulieS from Birmingham, AL on Tuesday, May 6, 2014These guys are great as far as comfort, but they're more suited for short rides or leisure riders. Since there's no grippy stuff on the cuffs, they ride-up in a major way so be prepared to pull them down constantly! The waist does not bind and feels great, padding and fit is good too. If they could fix the one fla with ride-ups, I'd be ordering more. :-(

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice shorts!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Oregon Cyclist from Oregon on Monday, May 5, 2014These shorts feel great and I love the blue trim. The sizing was right on, I ordered a medium (I'm 5"6" and 120 lbs.) and they feel great.
