4.0 out of 5 stars. Great packVerified Buyer Reviewed by Rebecca C from Oakland on Wednesday, August 17, 2016I got this as a gift for my boyfriend after buying myself a smaller Platypus pack. We've taken them hiking and biking and they work great. The only reason I didn't give this one five stars is because the zipper to the main pocket doesn't go all the way down so it's a bit cumbersome to get the hydration bag in and out.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great PackVerified Buyer Reviewed by Saphauler from NH on Thursday, August 4, 2016Great pack. Took it on a day hike and it's a great size. Can't wait to use it again. The bladder holds enough water for your typical day hike, and the storage portion is large enough to store food, rain coat, and safety bag (first aid kit, lighter, etc.) Only issue (minor) is the compression straps are much longer than they need to be, so they flop around.

3.0 out of 5 stars. 2L bladder vs advertised 3L bladderVerified Buyer Reviewed by JennZee from Tucson on Wednesday, April 20, 2016This is my third Platypus pack - each family member now has their own. I needed something a little larger to carry lunches and supplies for day hikes. My only disappointment is the size of the bladder. The website and all tags on the pack state the included bladder holds 3L,however, there is a 2L bladder included. I returned the bag and order another only to receive the same size bladder.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great pack.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Boise on Saturday, April 2, 2016Very nice pack. As good as Osprey in my opinion. Bladder is better than anything on the market. I love the side pockets. Fits well and has ample storage for everything I need for a full days ride.

4.0 out of 5 stars. GreatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Colorado on Monday, July 6, 2015We have only used it a few times but it is really great, you can't tell in the pictures very well but it has a great hip strap and it is comfortable to wear.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great packVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from NorthWest NJ (where it's hilly and wooded) on Sunday, May 31, 2015Don't order this thinking you're going to get a huge pack - that's not what it's designed for...It's a 12 liter pack and 25% of that will be filled with 100 ounces (3l) of water

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good hydration pack, not much room for other stuffVerified Buyer Reviewed by Alaska Dad from Juneau Alaska on Monday, May 18, 2015I expected a bigger pack, but it may just be my inexperience at gauging sizes.
When the water bag is full, not much room for much else.
That said, it is my first hydration bag and it seems very well built.
It was a clearnance and the price was too low to warrant a return. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice alternative to a CamelbakReviewed by Anonymous from Hill Country Texas on Saturday, February 28, 2015Much of me wanted to buy a Camelbak simply because of the brand and reputation, but I'm glad I opted for this pack. Plenty of hydration and room for auxiliary bottles, if needed. Good options for zipped pockets. Good adjustments (I'm a bigger guy at 6-1, 215 and it fits fine around my chest and torso). Room for bike repair gear, spare socks, layers, food. All you need for a solid day ride and the structure supports it being filled with above items.
