I like the snaps instead of buttons. The only negative is that the sleeves are a bit short for me. I wear a 17 1/2 X 35 shirt, and size XL normally fits me well. I'm guessing the sleeves on this one are about 34". Aside from the occasional binding in the arms, I'm happy with the purchase.
