Winter Days can be 85 degrees so the lighter weight backing and chest will help me from sweating too much(I'm a sweater and not the kind you where). The Neoprene Footie needs some serious redesign. As a Mountain Biker I use Neoprene socks often. Reddington should examine what's going on with Neoprene socks in the MTB world! The "X"/Crossover shoulder straps are nice. The straps do NOT slide off one shoulder when bending over to one side or the other.
