But, the reason it doesn't have 5stars is the strap. It is much too long or not enough elastic because it is loose on the foot. I'm keeping the shoe but I have to sew about two inches underneath to tighten.

I liked these - if they had fit better. Usually take 10 with no socks but too small. Would have exchanged for 10 1/2 but not available. Elastic strap was 1" too long. Could be fixed by handy person with sewing machine (rip out Velcro and leather trim, shorten strap, then machine stitch both back on). Elastic strap could have been wider and more substantial; seemed it would stretch out too soon. Anyway, too many problems. Returned.
