They fit perfectly, however, after walking around for a little while, the heel began to chafe terribly. The hard piece that shapes the back of the heel does not have enough padding, and dug into the tendons just enough to rub uncomfortably. I sent them back without a second thought.

Nice leather, good detail and look very stylish on my size 9.5 foot. I bought the size 40. Make my foot appear smaller. The heel is perfect and the soles have some traction.
Supremely comfortable with good arch support and I have high arches and can be prone to problems if I don't have enough support.
And the price was excellent.

I love that my feet are comfortable all day; I stand and walk at work all day and it is very important that my feet are comfortable; with these boots, they are. They are relatively lightweight and not heavy motorcycle boots. There is very little heel which is good for someone like me whose basic shoe is a Merrell Jungle Moc. Not sure how they will wear long term hence the 4 stars not 5 stars. Good for a person with wide feet and calves. I will be coming back to look at more Romika shoes now that I have figured out that they run a wee bit short- I wear a 37 in Birkenstocks and a 38 in Romika.

Unfortunately, I had to return. I ordered Euro size 38. My foot size is 7.5 and this boot ran too large. I do have a narrow foot but usually get a medium width, especially in boots, to accommodate a heavy sock. One thing to note: the leather has a somewhat crinkled look, so be sure you are good with that.
