I uusually wear a size 7.5 but due to the pointed toe I ordered size 8 and I am glad I did, plus my foot is also narrow.

I wear size 7 Medium but this size in this shoe was just too tight. I have other shoes that have a pointy toe that don't crunch so much. If you wear narrow, this may work for you.
