4.0 out of 5 stars. Warm, cozy, comfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by hiker in Wyoming from WY on Thursday, March 17, 2011I now have 3 pairs of Sorel Shoes, The Naknek I bought for slippers and they ended up becoming my do anything shoe/slippers. They seemed to run about 1/2 size bigger after I have worn them awhile...My mom and cousin now have a pair, and I always get comments on them. They are warm, have a great tread and I really love them...

4.0 out of 5 stars. Warm, comfortable shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Coa Coa from Hancock, MI on Saturday, February 19, 2011I bought this shoe to keep my feet warm when walking back and firth from my dorm room to class in the UP of Michigan. I took others' advice and ordered an 8.5 though I wear an 8. They were still tight to get into at first but I have no problems slipping my feet in. However, they are still an 8.5 inside so I wish I'd tried an 8 because they're more roomy than I like. I wear thick wool socks with them and they don't feel as big now. They're a nice comfortable shoe that I ear inside and out. I haven't tried them in snow because I don't want to get them dirty :)

5.0 out of 5 stars. Best Slipper Ever!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Ms. A-La from Prescott, AZ on Tuesday, February 8, 2011These are the best slippers I've ever had. They are comfortable, don't stretch or get misshapen-- I can't say enough about them. I can walk outside with them to grab some wood for the fire or wearing long pants, can even run over to the neighbors or the corner store. The soles are very sturdy. Only downside is that they no longler carry my size (8.5) because I wanted to buy another pair.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great! Run a tad bigVerified Buyer Reviewed by aligaterr from Blacksburg, VA on Sunday, February 6, 2011I think these are great but I actually use them more as comfortable shoes than slippers. After wearing them for a couple of months I would suggest buying at your true size and possibly a 1/2 size smaller. With most shoes I wear a 9.5. I got these in 9.5 and the lining and shoe in general has ended up being a tiny bit big but not enough to be uncomfortable. When I first tried them on out of the box I was concerned they may be just a bit too small since one of my toes seemed to be hitting the shoe weirdly, but that went away within a few wearings. Sorel sole inserts are really thick and comfortable and I don't see them wearing out anytime soon. I don't find them comfortable without socks so I wouldn't consider them my house slippers. I actually wear them everywhere during this cold winter. Great tread, keep your toes warm in the snow and ice. They definitely don't run narrow, might even consider them wide. I kind of wish the tan/brown ones didn't have an orange sole, that's the only thing I could say is a major con.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Not the right slipper for me.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Slipper less. from Southern Oregon on Monday, January 17, 2011I could not get the slipper on! There is simply not enough stretch in the opening to put them on. I think the word "slippers" does NOT apply to these slippers! I had to return them.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Real ComfortVerified Buyer Reviewed by Csurf from Florence, CO on Saturday, January 15, 2011I use the product if I just need to slip something on if I'm in a hurry to head out the door. This product would be great in the fall and winter months. It would be a better product if it did have some arch support. I did buy this shoe a half size bigger just so I would have more wiggle room for my toes, but it doesn't feel too big.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Terrific slippersVerified Buyer Reviewed by Innkeeper from Galway, NY on Thursday, January 13, 2011They're slippers - I wear them at home. They are well constructed and I believe I'll have them for a long time. I have a wide foot with a high arch and instep, so these are hard to get on without a shoe horn. Hopefully, the backs will relax after I've worn them a while - I've only had then on three times since they arrived.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great Shoes!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Mel the Mailman from Boulder Colorado on Monday, January 10, 2011These are great shoes, although I would hardly call them slippers. They are a bit difficult to get on and I had to get a half size smaller than I generally wear. They have an outdoor sole on them, they are well built, and they look like outdoor shoes. Other than the light color being more susceptible to showing wear and dirt, they are outdoor shoes, not slippers. They are comfortable, and the second pair of these that I have purchased recently - they feel so good that I wanted a backup pair for when the first pair gives out.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Tight FitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Sanford Sue from Sanford, MI on Wednesday, January 5, 2011Very warm but more like a shoe than a slipper. Putting them on would be easier if using a shoe horn.

1.0 out of 5 stars. not a "slipper"Reviewed by Steph from Ithaca, NY on Wednesday, December 29, 2010These shoes were so weird, I couldn't even get them on with socks. They do not slip on. The opening for the foot is too small and very stiff. Maybe with a shoehorn you could get them on with socks, but really! Without socks, I finally wedged my foot in but returned them anyway. Insides and arch support seemed fine but a little too skimpy in the area over the arch. I have a normal size 8 foot, not high arches, and the shoes just seemed defective in design they were so small at the opening. I recommend passing on these or trying a size larger.
- Cons: Too Stiff
- Sizing: Feels full size too small
- Width: Feels true to width
