3.0 out of 5 stars. Not a 21 inch Carry-OnReviewed by The Judge from Illinois on Friday, April 19, 2024I thought Sierra would correct this advertising. I bought this bag, and it is NOT 21 inches. It is a 19 inch carry-on. The tags and the box from Swissgear all say 19 inches. I never have seen a 19 inch navy blue advertised, and Sierra NEVER said they would send to me a correct one. So, beware! It took a lot of time and trouble to return it, and then to wait for a refund credit to my HIGH interest TJX credit card, before a payment was due. Not happy, but I do not think the company cares.
