I am an American eagle size 4-6 depending on the cut; 29" waist, 40" hips. I haven't had the chance to wear them outside. They were relatively high above my ankles and still riding low cut on me. I have a rather long torso so I prefer my leggings to raise closer to my belly button. Ordering a small.
