I hesitated for a little while because it is so different, but once I saw it on STP for such a great discounted price, I jumped, and so glad I did! Face is a nice scale, and with the beveled edge it doesn't appear as bulky as many other watches can. The links are removed by small screws to fit to your wrist if needed. I have a small screwdriver set, so instead of bringing it to a jeweler, I sized it myself. Despite the design, it is very easy to read. I highly recommend.

The rubber strap is easy to adjust to fit also. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it's a big large and a bit heavy. It was listed in the ladies watch section so I'm assuming it is a unisex watch but it is quite large. I am a small person so it's a bit overwhelming. I considering sending it back but decided it was way too attractive to send back!! It wears well even with the large face. The rubber strap is surprisingly comfortable!! As I mentioned it is very easy to adjust to fit a small wrist.

The GV2 , model 8700, is just that kind . Nice to own a hand made piece number 43 of 500 hundred made, watch that is not overly dressy and feels good on my wrist. A great buy, the 8700 was made for a workman like me, simple and functional.
