5.0 out of 5 stars. High quality dressy casual slacks

These are a very fine dressy wool pant. They fit me perfectly as size 10 usually does. I am 5'8" and 155 lb. I recommend these for a dressy casual occasion.

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Nice fit but no lining

These pants had a nice fit, with good styling. I was disappointed that they did not have a lining. I don't need another pair of itchy wool pants.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Beautiful Wool

Fine light wool and equally fine workmanship. Sizing is true if you have a big waist. Maybe size down if you don't and if you are trim in hips, as other reviewer said. I unfortunately do have big waist. 14R usually fits. No 14Rs at the time so ordered 14P and 16P. No good; 14P rise was too short, 16P too big in waist. Then 14R became available and is a perfect fit. I may wear these in summer as they are so lightweight. Good for air conditioned rooms. May wear silk long underwear in winter.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Trim line, runs large

Very nice (thin) wool, pretty trim through the hips and thighs, but the waist is large for the size. I usually wear a 6-8 in pants, and returned the 6 for a 4, which fits well at the waist, and quite trim otherwise. If you are curvy, I doubt these would work for you. But if you have a straighter line, these are nice.

About Pendleton

The history of Pendleton blankets dates back to the mid-19th century, when a young man named Thomas Kay travelled west to Oregon and opened a mill in Salem. Kay’s grandchildren eventually went on to establish a mill in Pendleton, Oregon, which crafted blankets and robes for American Indians living in the region, including the Nez Perce, Navajo and Hopi nations. By the early 20th century, the Pendleton clothing line was expanded to include suiting and apparel, including the now legendary Pendleton virgin wool shirt. Today, this renowned American brand owns and operates seven manufacturing facilities as well as 75 Pendleton retail stores.
