5.0 out of 5 stars. If Scarpa fits you, get these shoes.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Lisa from Oregon on Monday, November 30, 2015These shoes will stand on anything. If you put them on right, they are comfortable. Order 1 full size larger than street shoe size.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Nice looking shoe. Way too small.Reviewed by Active mom from Wyoming on Friday, July 17, 2015The shoes look great. But my 11 year old daughter with size 5 feet could barely get a pair of 37's on

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great shoe - order a size up!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Madison on Tuesday, May 12, 2015As most reviews you'll find will say, these shoes run SMALL. At first I order my street shoe size (36) and found them to be way too tight. I landed on a 37 and those have been slightly painful, but are getting better with each climb. The heel cup doesn't come up nearly as high as on sportivas, and there's less material as well, making it a better fit for my feet. I've used them bouldering and on shorter sport climbs. As they break in, I'll start using them as my primary shoe.

4.0 out of 5 stars. great entry-level performance shoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by I'd Rather Be Crack Climbing from Upstate NY on Monday, February 11, 2013I had been wearing the Scarpa Techno shoe for several years for gym climbing and multi-pitch trad. I was interested in trying a more aggressive shoe and was considering the Miura when I came across the Vapor
I wear a 38.5 in the Technos and ended up going with a 39.5 in the Vapors. However, after climbing a few times in them, I do think I could have gotten away with a 39.0. There's a wee-bit of stretch, but not much. I never could have stayed with the 38.5, unless I didn't want to be able to walk at all.
I'm not a fan of XS Grip rubber--it sticks to just about anything, but I tend to prefer to edge on the itty bitties rather than smear, so I'm going to destroy the soles of these fast. It seems like Scarpa is transitioning the soles of the women's Vapor V over to XS Edge. If these shoes work out, I will definitely be buying another pair next season in a 39.0 with the edge rubber!
So far, these seem to be a good introduction to a more aggressive performance shoe. I do find that I am placing my feet with more sensitivity and grace. Note that one thing these shoes CAN'T do is crack climb (obviously)... ouch.
